With COVID-19 dominating the headlines, we'd like to reassure you that Virtue are closely monitoring this fast-moving situation. We're following Government advice, as well as information from the World Health Organisation and Public Health England.

Our overriding aim is to continue to support our customers, schools and colleges, without jeopardising the health and safety of your pupils or staff, or our team.

Our engineers and IT Specialists are classed as key workers. We know how vital our role is to support you, our schools, whether you're staying open for key workers or have been able to close. Even in these uncertain times, Virtue Technologies are committed to providing a 1st class service to all our customers and to helping you through these uncharted waters.

Fully Managed Service Customers

As part of our continued support for you, we'll still carry out our visits and fully managed service contracts in person, where possible. Where we aren't able to come onsite, we'll switch to supporting you remotely.

We won't need to carry our any extra work to enable remote access. We set it up as part of support contract to ensure our Service Desk could help fix issues on your network and to ensure business continuity, even in unexpected circumstances.
